I don't mind winter, expecially now since I have an iX just for it.

I have some cheap Sigma's on it now. I think I'm going to keep them on it this winter and get some Yokohamas for the spring and get Nokians for next winter.

We'll see. But I do know this, I am going to kick winters ass with my 325ix.

i have 15 inch weaves with blizzaks for winter, my ix does better than our four runner in the snow. I am also equiped with a gts plow, taht will most likely snap off at some point this winter. I"ve never gotten stuck in my ix, they are fun in winter. I have slid off the road though, when i had my 17's on.

Winter will be extra bad here in New England. I can't remember the last time the south shore of Mass got snow in the beginning of November. And I live a 1/2 mile from the beach. We usually still only get rain/sleet when the other half of town gets a bunch of snow. The temperature changed sort of abruptly, too. It was 65 one day, then 30 the next night. That was over a week ago and it's been friggin cold every day since.

Fuck you winter.

Yeah, and the NE Road crews generally pour out overkill of salt. The roads around here are hideous, there is left over salt, on the road, in PILES. It looks like someone dropped a giant sized salt shaker.
