Just came across this thread...first off, glad to see you made it home safe Matt lol.
Secondly...90% of e30's are trashed due to that they are "e30's" or they are "beaters"...Assuming over half the guys on r3v have one of the two listed, I really don't think you can say shit about Matt's car. And for the other 10%, I'm sorry we don't have the money or time to seclude our lives to these cars and/or submit our lives to these forums.
If you don't like the car...cool. Good for you, but don't sit there and e-shittalk. You just look like an ass. Seriously, meet them in person and then shittalk. If you don't or are scared to..then why do it? Sure you can give an opinion about soemone's car, but I don't think trying to piss someone off is necessary.
