new(er) car and my slightly broken e30.

it's been a while since i've posted but long story short someone hit my e30 and I think insurance is going to total it and I decided i'm just done spending money on that car.

so i bought an e46. i know i know, why would i want to do such a thing!?!?? but while i miss the all mechanical, raw, beastly feel of the e30 i've come to the point in my life where i need to have a reliable car, not one that could possibly explode at any point of the remainder of its life.

ended up with a 2001 white 330i manual sedan. h&r race and bilstien sports, 18"csl reps, uuc ssk, and some other nick nacks. rides nice, has airbags and ac :) i've only been driving it 2 days but its safe to say that its still a bmw and is just as fun to drive.

Sad... I feel old because I remember when you posted all the time and were doing your swap. Loved your car, but looks like you stepped into a very nice car for an upgrade.

im liking the e46, amenities are nice coming from such an old car. i wanted a zhp too but they were out of my price range.

My mom has a e46 as well, they're fun cars for sure. I don't think i could give up the e30 tho it'd at least have to be around for weekends
