You can still get the 15" euroweaves from BMW. They're $325 each, but I remember someone ordered them thru Pelican (I think) and got them cheaper.Leave a comment:

I'm really not sure how hard it would be to get 15" weaves. I think they came on the ix but in a different offset. Maybe check the wheel and tire forums.none the less, the non-pshopped pix looks clean...Reason I ask is because I'm in process of getting wheels and wanted to see all sorts of shots of 15,16,17s....
those TRMs are 15x8 and just wanted to see some setups on them...are the US weaves only 14s ? how much and how hard would obtaining a set of euroweaves be ?Last edited by Dirtboy; 03-08-2010, 10:58 AM.Leave a comment:

Engine's back in the car. The driveshaft is getting re-built at the moment. Still got a bit of work to the car left. Here's some pics:

And look, I'm finally gonna get power steering! :D

Here's a couple shots of the re-built rear brake calipers.

And a shot of the 4.10 LSD

No, that pic is a Photochop of this pic:Are those 15s? .... Sorry I am just basing off the numbers i read off the close up shot after you had them refinished.
And if you need some "smoked" Film I can send a strip over..that's what I used on mine.. Car is looking sick...and if those are 15s ...it's perfect....REGARDLESS 15s/16s they looks SWEEEET
But the rims are 15" rims. I'm hoping the suspension will settle a little bit more. We'll see.Leave a comment:

Thanks, but I wish I could be the guys actually working on my car. I don't have the time, space, or tools to do all this or else I'd be doing it myself. But once all this work is done, I'll be doing the interior on my own. I can't wait to start that.

Front seats are re-done with original BMW covers. Sorry no pics yet. Couldn't re-do the rear seats because the covers are NLA. But the rear seats are in pretty good shape, just a little faded up by the rear window.Leave a comment:

Amazing man, simply amazing. Do you have anything planned for the seats at all?Leave a comment:

Finally got the engine parts in. New intake/exhaust valves, springs, spring keepers, spring seats, con-rod bearings. I had to get the piston rings here locally, a little bit more expensive. Shop started rebuilding the engine Friday. Here's a couple pics.

Also, a r3v member was kind enough to give some m20 headers (thanks Nick!). I don't know if I'm going to use them though. They're in pretty rough shape, fine for daily driving, but not for the track. We'll see...
Also, the M3 CSL oil cooler is not going to work out. So I just got an original oil cooler. But I am keeping the CSL cooler to go on my e46.:DLeave a comment:
