As for the stereo, I am aware that it's not ideal for ultimate audio enthusiasts but for me, it's quite nice. I wanted to go splits in the front as well but would have needed another 2-ch's and would have had to spend more - that will be going to suspension/ brakes next year.

Also, I did know that for the good of the soundstage, splits should be kept to the front but being just an average listener (I'm not really big-time with audio), I decided to try something different to have a little more bass coming from the back and it actually works quite well.

And as some of you mentioned, I'm not really fussed either way. As long as I can hear it nicely to my taste and its clean and clear, I'm happy. Besides, some of the money I would have saved will probably go into a nice exhaust later on anyway!

With that paint, it's hard to go wrong. I don't like the rear filller too much, a black one would look awesome.

Get some suspension, that'll be one of my favorite 318s after that.

Yeah, I'm not too sure about it myself either. I'll most likely change it after I get back from o/seas next year.

Swap over to the euro black licence filler, as they aren't that expensive. Also, the 318is was never offered in blue, only in cab form.

I love the color. That looks to be a great platform there to make into your unique E30. No real point to nitpick on the panel and flaps since they are just accessories on a nice car, something that can be changed on a whim.
