    yeah, very early ones (2-slot) are rare. They were made only for 3 months. And all of spoilers and foglights were installed at dealerships, and not at factory. Major reason why those spoilers were discontinued from production before e30 was decommissioned.

    Actually it does. He's correct. My '86 ES came with four slots, not two. That type of front valance was only produced during '86 and '87.
