            I almost picked one of these up for a grand but I got too much shit from all my friends for wanting a girl car.

              What we have here is a ca-bry-oh-let, which is hungarian for "fast car."

              I always had a soft spot for old dubs. I think they actually were what transitioned me into e30s. That interior is fucking sweet, albeit a little janky. Single headlights/euro whatever are all I would do to the exterior on top of what you mentioned.

                i had a 1981 with a turbo in it. that thing was super fast!

                            It's spelled cabriolet, and it's French. It means convertible. Cabriolet, or just cabrio is used in most European countries to designate cars with removable/retractable top.

                            Cabriolet = Convertible
