can't wait to see what you do with the car, i normally don't like odd from bumpers, but that actually looks pretty good -
i just find out that i get new Holset hx35 turbo next week. :up:
tomorrow i take intake manifold and old turbo out of car and put new injectors to the manifold and order part-dealer few gasget´s and some wiring harness,so i can hide megasquirt´s wiring.:up:
some dude called me few hours ago and asked if i wanna sell my KKK turbo. :up:
i sure hope so that ignition would "keep up" about 350-380bhp.
if dont i have to make some modifications.
guys in finland has used Ford mondeo 2.5i V6 ignition parts with megasquirt. so i might put it in ford`s "coil-pack". well see about,if this ignition wont be good enough.Last edited by anza(kla); 08-24-2009, 09:56 AM.Leave a comment:

today after work i get to know if a can get new holset turbo next week.
this weekend would be here (kokkola,centre-finland) our own bmw-meet and we think there´s gonna be perhaps 40 bmw`s.
in finland it´s "end of summer" weekend.
it´s gonna be fire works,and other shit.
if i´m not so drunk,i can take few pictures about that meet were having.
sad but true that my own car isin´t ready there.
so i think weekend i´m gonna rip intake manifold and that small turbo off the car and put new injectors in manifold.
i need to get exhaust outlet drawnings of that holset turbo,so i can make new flange to downpipe.
and so on.
so new turbo assembly would be peace of cake. atleast i think so,but every time i said so,something shit happens again.:D
and weekend i think i would paint car also.
i take some pictures it,if paintwork is something you would show to a people.

I sure hope so also that i got my car at some point there.
it depend´s so much right now about that new turbo.
i gotta make call in hyvinkää today or tomorrow and ask that guy what are those turbo´s turbine size.
car is pretty good point right now,that i´m gonna paint it end of the week.
so i just have to assembly new injectors and turbo (should fit proberly without modification) except downpipe.
but that´s not very big job.
then Maza is gonna adjust megasquirt and so we are ready for ylivieska.
then after ylivieska and little bit adjust and bit "test-driving" that we see everything works proberly and then dyno.:DLeave a comment:

there are few pictures
i sold it couple months ago,and bought this turbo e30.
original 325i
-1991
-185 thousand kilometers
engine was M50B25 Non-vanos (with):
-supersprint stainless-steel exhaust manifold
-3" stainless-steel exhaust pipe
-bigger intake valves
-cat cams camshafts
-everything was new at engine top
camshafts,retainer,valvesprings,valves i mean everything.
-air intake filter
-m52b28 throttle body
-chip
engine was so perfect to drive. it just kept going at 2200rpm right thru 7100rpm.
car color was macao-blau and roof was dunkel-blau (dark blue)
there was e30 touring sideskirts,M-tech 2 front spoiler,M-3 side mirrors (original),dark-optic front lights (i made instantly those yellow lights for it),MHV-black rear lights and so on.
i had really much problems with the engine.
i bought everything,yes, i mean everything new to the fuel injection side and spark/ignition side. just one thing i didint buy new was engine´s control unit.
so did change:
-MAF
-coils
-gasoline pump
-spark plugs
-throttle body
-throttle valve switch
-control unit box
-crankshaft pulse generator
-camshaft pulse generator
etc..
and still it wouldn´t start proberly.
and if you drive and kept gas pedal at same position it just started to twitch.
i made myself a promise and that was
"this is my first and last 4-valve bmw"
and i mean Motorsport and all other shit.:)
so it is easier to stay these 12 valve bmw`s.
I have had quite a lot of bmw:s and i have quite a lot pictures of these cars.
here is a small list of my ex cars:
-325i cabriolet (1990) "fully loaded"
-325i cabriolet (1991) "m50b25"
-325i coupe (1986) "316" +200bhp
- (E28 ) ///M-535i (1986) "with turbo size of a basketball"
-(E34) 540i (1992) "lot´s of M-parts"
etc..

i`m not just so expert on these computers.
video is recorded few weeks a go one morning on my way to work.
i put video on my first post when i can just get it you guys to see it.
i just remembered that i have Super-sexy rims for my car. :p
but if i paint it satin-black,the rims just dont look good on it,because it look so "race" on satin-black
alltought i like also really much red e30 facelift. and if i paint this car red,these rims would look really good. and would look sexy if i paint those center`s gold.
i put one shot for my ex-cabriolet where was my rims before.
when i had cabriolet i think i would paint center of the rims gold,but i wouldn´t look good on Macaoblau color.
if somebody likes to know a little bit more of my ex-cabriolet just let me know.
i would be thrilled to tell more about it.

here are some future "plans" for the car.
-satin-black color (one red 4mm thick straip round car)
-2 racing buckets (perhaps momo or sparco)
-4- or 6-point belts
-(perhaps roll-gage)
-lot´s of power
-coil-overs(?) had to do it myself so i get just exactly like i want it.
-Big brake kit
-perhaps m20b25 engine built for turbo use,or m30b34 for turbo use.
these modification is about to happen in winter.
except painting.
this car is built that kind a way that it´s gonna be street-legal.
so i wont built it only for race purpose.
i´m gonna be driving it on streets and sometimes drive it on race-track.;-)Leave a comment:
