Yes, everyone has different budgets, time, and lifestyles, but he is the one with the sig that claims he has all this money for his project. He then worries about wasting his ambitious swap money on necessary paint work. So I guess he has some money, but not a lot of money.

I just don't see the point of advertising this money that he has, when it sounds like he is pretty much in the same boat as many people on this forum. He's got some money and has some expenses. Sounds normal.

You seem very bored with life... Not to insult you, just my opinion...
I really didn't have the intent to "advertise" the few bucks I have. I would tell you how much it is but I'm scared everybody will flame me up... That right there means It's not alot but enough to get the project done.
Oh and cosmetics aren't neccessary, I already took care of the neccessary by replacing bushings, brakes, wiring, rust treated, and etc.. You know, the stuff that NEEDS to be done.

Other than that, I look at it this way:
I can fix up the car and restore its cosmetics to original or
I can throw some powaa in that bitch and get the ffffuuuuuuu everytime I hit the gas...
Both would make me rather happy but right now teh fakks that I can has powa is more pleasing....8)

All I am saying is if you have a some of money that you want to put toward your car, make a decision and enjoy the process and result instead of stressing about all the avenues you could take. You said above that you would be happy with either route, so pick one and have fun with it.
