When are all these Euro and Pavillions meets AZ guys? They never post them on AZBMW.

Good luck with your E30 BTW. I just went through the whole 24V process, so if you ever have any questions about what needs to be swapped and all that, don't hesitate to contact!

If you're shooting for 450hp and you have the money (which it looks like you do) just ditch the M20 right now and don't bother putting any work into it. S50/52 swap, turbo/supercharger, and a nice tune should get you there, but at no cheap cost.

    Buy this head.

I have some "I" parts FS also to do the E to I swap.

    Than do this.

ARP studs and MLS .140 and turbo it.

That's a good plan. Either way the engine will be pulled. There is mad oil leakage coming from somewhere. Hmmm....

So I finally had some time to dive into the E30. Well its not pretty. Here are some of the updates.

    Nothing so far.....

    Uh oh...some belt slippage...

Shizznizzle.....guess its onto the head to see what carnage i find. BUT, what should I do (asking people who really know)? If I have a bent valve, should I just totally redo the motor as far as gaskets and replace the valve? Then turbo the M20? Or do I start to part together an S50? If I use an S50 motor and trans, do I need an M3 rear end? Any ideas are appreciated as I am an E30 noob. Uggggh.

Well...I am pulling the bumpers off the E46 for now to do a whole reconstruct on them. I hit (already dead dog) on the freeway doing x amount of speed. Basically, it went through my bumper, condenser, radiator, out my skid plate and out the back. It has been in the shop for over 2 months. I just got it back. I am trying to figure out which bumpers to go with since the rear wheel offset are from the E92 M3. So they stick out and not many bumpers flow with them. Maybe something like this....in the end, I will have 2 body kits using as a spare....

As far as the Mini, the motor was the last thing to be upgraded (stock). I was going to go full turbo with it but I am bored with it and now tearing apart the E30. One of these days. Especially since I have a CF moonroof, hatch, fenders and hood still waiting to be cleared. I need all this shit out of my garage....lol.
