            I was about 2" outside of the frame in several of those pics. Great weekend (as always), just too bad about the rain. I was shivering all weekend until about 10AM on Sunday.

                The black E-type was sporting a 383 stroker SBC. It really did sound wicked. I just wish he would have spent the time & money getting a Jag V12 to sound better.

                The German mechanic working on the Porsche 962-117 (red/black jacket) was perhaps the most humorless person I've ever met. At least I was fortunate enough to witness him fire it up & go through the warm-up procedure. About 2 minutes after that Brock Yates winked at me.

                      I take a group & we camp in the infield every year. Nice sites, nice atmosphere, & there is the added bonus of stepping out of the RV to enjoy your first mug of coffee during morning warmups.

                              the e type with the 383 was pretty hot. adjustable control arms, coilovers, etc. not my choice for motor, but whatever

                              I took a couple hundred pics, haven't looked at them yet though. I'll post em up when I get some time to edit them a bit.

                              i believe i saw you there vlad. well, i recognized the girl in all your pictures and assume you were the man on her arm, lol
