    My stroker project.

    C-C-C-C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER

Piekced this baby up over the weekend for $149. Had been sitting for 2 years but only has 2k miles on it. I got a lot done to it today - ordered a bunch of parts from honda, rebuilt the carb, BBQ'd the exhaust (to burn out old 2 stroke oil), drained the gas and tore her down. The boddy cladding has some cracks/scratched that I'm going to work out then I'm going to paint it. I've always wanted a rat rod so I think I'm going to murder it out - all black with all smoked lights and maybe gunmetal wheels. FYI it's a 1984 Honda Aero 80. I'm going to use it to bomb around the city when I move downtown next month.

Hope you don't plan on eating anything out of that BBQ anymore.

The BBQ pit is my father in laws - it's been sitting unwanted in my backyard for almost 2 years. It was so rusted out on the inside that I had to break away huge rust flakes to get it to light.

What do you guys think of gloss black with smoked lights all around? I'm going to plasti dip or SEM trim paint all of the other black parts. I'm hung up on what to paint the wheels. They are 2 piece so I'm thinking of doing something fancy - I just can't decide.

Looks like a fun project. Was there no rust on the body?

there's a little surface rust on one of the floor boards. Looks like it started as a scratch.

Picking up a plastic welder today after work to fix some of the body panels. I don't know if I'm going to rattle can it or bring the panels to some back alley paint place to spray.
