As for the maintenance...
Coolant flush, tranny flush and brake fluid flush (really not necessary) you can do yourself pretty easily
Why did it need a new oil pan? Maybe a new gasket?
Suspension yeah, just get some new strut mounts since they are probably shot and do suspension right the first time.
I think I've got a set of rebuilt rear calipers around here somewhere (SS lines, too). I'm local, you can have them for $30. Rotors are like $20 apiece.
Radio and AC are probably fuses (does the blower work at all?)
These cars are old and shit goes wrong. When I got mine the tach didn't work, radio didn't work, OBC didn't work, blower (heater/AC) didn't work. 2 fuses and some SI batteries later it was electrically sound. Cruise control and wipers didn't work either, ten minutes to take apart the steering column and tighten a single screw and they worked fine.
