    New lift, w00t

    So, I FINALLY got a chance to test out our new lift last night, and I know r3v loves pictures. It's a MaxJax lift that is specifically made for low-ceiling garages. I don't think I'll EVER be able to work on a car without a lift ever again.

                  let us know!
                  It is VERY easy, however we're going to leave it permanently mounted. We may remove the hydraulic lines from time to time but we will never unbolt the actual posts until if/when we move.

                  If you're considering getting one, s14.net is trying to organize a group buy, but I would read my posts in this thread ( http://www.s14.net/forums/showthread.php?t=40472&page=2 ) if you're seriously interested in getting one. There were some obvious instances of lack of quality control with the lift(s) we received.

                  It is a great alternative to a conventional two post lift if you don't have that much ceiling clearance. I love it already and I've only used it once.

                    That really is reasonable considering how nice it would be to have. I wish I were settled and had $$.

                              this thread title is so misleading.

                              however, you're car is rapetastic.
