    OK, i researched some more and found that guys posts with the wheels you pictured. From what i gather these wheels are exactly the same as alpinas just without ALPINA stamped on it. looks like ronal was making the wheels for alpina, maybe they sold some on the side too? everything matches up to the real deal. If i put these on my e28 would i be out of line to put alpina stickers on the centercaps?

      I have real Alpinas...and I say go ahead and stick the emblems on ;-)

        RG is what RONAL use to stamp back in the day. RONAL produces and manufactures wheels for many many different wheel companies. So someone like Hatge/Alpina/AC schitzer would design the wheels then RONAL GMBH would make them and distribute them.

          So does that make them not "real alpinas" but wheels from the same mold? they are real just no stamp?

            Not fully alpina produced. They are from a different era where designers didn't put their name on it. So. . . . not sure on the official-ness of the wheel.
