    Greymarket 325i; Long road ahead...

Hey guys, I've lurked on here for quite some time. I recently signed up and have posted on ad off. I guess it's time to throw up some pictures of my car. Just got the pieces to tidy up the front bumper, and borrowed a plate from a friend of mine.

Let me know what you guys think.

This is what I started with :(

And the Girlfriend's car got a wash too.

Meh, decided to put some effort into it. If I get rid of it I'll just end up getting another one eventually. Saving time :D

I find the Hebrew thing a little funny considering the car and history of BMW.

                lol. Thanks guys.

The stickers left a while ago. I need some better ideas.

The bumper goes nowhere! It took me long enough to find an affordable one as is. lol Unless you wanna give me your suspension bits...

The plate belongs to a (Jewish) friend of mine. It's staying until the weekend, then I have a special one coming :D

Nice car. What're the differences in the grey market cars/ how do you know it's a grey market car?

My car came with the international euro bumpers, german OBC, analog clock in the center dash, gas gauge in liters, rear fog light, and a few other misc. differences. Not completely sure what else.

I know mine is grey market because is has a federalization plate in the door jamb. The most obvious differences are the federalized markers front and rear, and the lack of ellipsoids.

Technically, it's a DTM spec car, that the US changed a few things on to meet safety standards.

This is my second Grey market car, this being the 1st.

                      Is that color saturnblau?

I used to have saturnblau '85 grey market 635csi. Brings back memories.

Looks pretty promissing. Loose the side markers though. And do someting with the rockers...

I was really just kidding. I can't get rid of the bumpers lol.

+1 on the rockers though. Taurus side skirts to come soon.

Should I paint them semigloss black for now? or just wait?

As for the 635csi I can't remember. I'll see if any of my pics have the color badge in them.
