    1988 325iS - Back In The Game

Had an 89 325i Coupe years ago and sold to friend. Went through E28 and now added another E36 but want to build an e30. Spent a couple weeks searching, thought I had a winner and carfax killed that idea. I think it was fate as that night an owner post a 1988 325iS on craigslist.

    2 Owner, Garaged, California Car
145K - 5sp - Grey Leather Sport Interior - Lachssilber Exterior - Current owner has owned since 49,000 miles.

Last 15K the vehicle got a fully serviced and converted AC(blows sooo cold). Timing belt, water pump and associated parts. Front end/suspension rebuild. Full ignition rebuild, fuel system rebuild. Filters, flushes, radiators and you get the idea. EVERYTHING works. It is clean inside and out. Interior and Exterior get 9/10 on my scale of E30s. The driver seat has a repair piece of leather and there are 2 cracks in the dash. The rest is awesome. Exterior there is 1 ding on passenger side and some very small paint nicks around the exterior.

M52 Swap, drop of some kind(no extreme slamming, I want to enjoy the ride and track/auto-x). Small bumpers, wheels/tires and yadda yadda yadda. Boost in the future.

Sorry for the 'snapshots'. Had to drive from Georgia to Mississippi and we were at concert till 11:30pm. We left Atlanta @ 5am. Just some quick shots while driving and then after we got some Cracker Barrel.

No the grills aren't warped. Odd shadows behind the building. Oh well. The fun begins!

The best part? The price paid was 'beater' e30 pricing :)

It will become. I am going to put on an e28 spoiler in all black. The front lip I like body colored but then sometimes I like black better. So might try black first(it needs respray either way from abuse) and then back to silver.

Very cool. Lachssilber is one of my favorite colors (my E34 is the same color).
