Some interior shots of my E30

The red seatbelts are from E30 M3, because the E30 version is NLA. I decided that 21 year old seatbelts probably aint the safest thing.

Recovered leather seats with butt warmer retrofit.

    Alcantara headliner.

    M-tech steering wheel.

New updated compound dashboard that won't split under the sun like the original one.

Backseat in leather with sunshine kidz.

New fresh airducts so they actually stay in place.

The flip up NAV system with BT, iPod, and DVD. The NAV is a separate unit made by Garmin.

New anthracite carpet replacing the smelly nasty looking original red carpet.

Euro smiley's with parking lights wired and xenon bulb/ballast.

Love the new carpet but purchase a new clutch pedal cover they are dirt cheap.

I can fondly remembering having a child seat in the back, now both mine argue over who's in front. Goes by fast.

Yep, on the list, along with many other little interior parts, like lighted shift knobs.

this particular child seat is great since it is narrow, so you can fit people in the back (if need be).

And believe it or not, it is actually a lot easier to put our kid in the back of a coupe E30 than our B7 S4 Avant, since you can move the seat all the way forward, whereas the Avant won't let you move your front seats to such an extreme forward location.

Interior looks great. I love the headliner. I've done my visor piece and the sunrroof piece in black suede on my car. I have to tackle the rest of te headliner next. Actually I have to do them in both my e30 and e36. The vents although a subtle thing will not nag you anymore. Having a uncracked dash is awesome too. It's the little things that if they are in good condition no one notices, it's only when they look bad do people look. Keep up the good work!

What did the carpet run you and where did you order from (if you don't saying)? Did you intstall the carpet/headliner yourself? I'm local and doing the same work to my car, so it would be helpful to knwow your resources. Thanks.
