Sorry about the loss
And hope you are well. Keep the Mt1 and place it on your next e30. These are getting hard to locate! If you are getting out of the e30 scene, well you know my follow-up question!
Seriously, sweet ride. I would definite remove all the mint stuff. That car looked as if it was well cared for. Also expect a lowball offer from the insurance company. Have all receipts ready to prove that car was wortha lot more.
Good luck.

sorry to see this ... you had a geat looking car. Glad you're Ok.
You've got a lot of sound advice here - brace yourself for an insurance battle and get as much as you can from them.
Look for another car and try to build something better than the one you lost

good thing you had that cage ;)
Thats pretty much exactly how my last e30 died... It blows big donkey dick.
Buy the car back from the insurance company and use the rest of the insurance money to buy a new clean car and swap all your goodies over. Part the car and bam, you've made money.sigpic

Sorry to see that. The car was beautiful before the crash.
My e30 got hit in the side (front) this summer, and i know the feeling.
Hundreds of hours (and thousands of $$$) upgrading the car, washing and polishing it to make it look good at all times. Then some retard ruins it all in a secound. :(Last edited by Yngvejos; 10-26-2009, 04:00 PM.
