It's only on the inside in that spot. Its weird. there is a little more up on the b pillar I think thats waht pillar it is not sure. But that inside stuff isnt that serious since it isnt affecting structural support?

Depending on the depth of your speakers, you may have to grind the sides of the spacers to move them as close to the side of the car as possible, so the magnet of the speaker doesnt hit.
I used a bench grinder and that worked nice. I also sprayed mine black, so they were matte and not shiny.

What I did was go to pick n pull (junkyard) and bought the cleanest tan shelf I could find. Then I bought 2 cans of black duplicolor vinyl and fabric paint.
I hit it with about to coats let it dry for like 20 or so mins combed it..then hit it more ..
Its just a process of spraying then combing, until there is no more tan. You have to get it from different angles sometimes too. I am unsure if they are sold black
