New to r3v and e30s!

I'm considering selling this car. I'm not sure what I would leave on it if I sell it or if I even want to sell it for sure.
The car runs and drives really well. Its just how a P.O. replaced the rear fender that caused the car to be salvaged that is driving me nuts.
Its causing the car to rust and I can see holes from the inside that go outside.
My intentions were to keep the car forever and when I have a career and money I would strip the whole thing and make it super clean. Idk if its possible.

Well if anyone is interested let me know. Rust really isnt as bad as I think it is probably. It looks like it is just surface. No eating metal haha

UPDATE!
Got my short shifter installed
Z4 2.5 Shift lever
Works great! Only problem is my hand kind of hits my cup holders, would be perfect without cup holders in but I love those.I could bend the lever, but I can live with it how it is. Now I just need a DSSR to solve the left and right play problem.

Haven't Updated for days, haven't done much but delete power steering. I have a short shift lever that I need to put on. I also ordered more trim paint to finish some window trim.

My girlfriends dad said that squeaking type noise must be my water pump bearing going bad or its not lubricated enough.
So I'm gonna try using some kind of oil on it or just replace the water pump as a whole.

not sure what that sound is.
but one test you can do is remove your ac belt and see if it goes away
remove your power steering belt and see if the sound goes away and that might help you identify the source of problem. do each one then turn the car on to pinpoint the location

kinda sounds like the bearing in your alternator.

Ive been lazy and havent checked everything yet but i need to!

love the car! found your thread on e30tech, but i've been waiting WEEKS to be approved!!! you've basically set up your car how i want mine to look, and i'll definitely be asking how you did some stuff and how it's come out.

My car has been making this odd noise. It kind of sounds like a belt to me. But I dont know much. My belts look good and dont seem to move much. The timing belt and water pump is still new. After the car warms up it stops. Its odd once its getting warm you hear it start to fade away and then POW its gone.

any ideas?!?!

Got My Hella Euro Smileys with HIDs in! they are 55w DDM slim ballast 5000k they are awesome
also got my euro trim on and changed my oil
