    New to R3V

Hola! I'm Jaret and am from Delaware. Been lurking around after my first E30 died and recently registered. yadda yadda

Got my first E30 my senior year of high school after falling in love with it on a smoke sesh with a friend. I took it to Florida to go to Full Sail for a degree in Recording Arts..easily the worst mistake I've made. I had no money for all maintenance needed as the car had +200k and had been neglected by the previous owner. Regardless, I proceeded to rock the shit out of 'Goldie' til one day I ran out of gas, filled up, sported a rod knock for a week and she died. :hitler:

Much to most of my friends' dismay, including my girlfriend (who drove me everywhere for two months between cars ;))I got another '89 IS.

    Meet Sgt. Pepper.
    150k
    All maintenance in order
17" ??'s (will check when I feel like getting off the couch ha!)
    Front springs cut down
    Remote start/alarm
    Yellow highs, blue lows
    no music til christmas
Just put in a bosch battery and have a water pump, belt and pulleys sitting

    Want:
    4.10 diff
    Plasti-Spray shadowlining
    IS front lip
    Music
    Seat Reupholstering up front
    Euro plate filler
    the goods, etc.

    More shots to come!

funny, i've always thought the 88's look confused because they can't choose an identity. i'd say 89s are the ones to have.

Raising the rear arches is damn near impossible, latemodelness is nearly impossible to fix.

True, but since he said '89s are the year to have, rear arches weren't in question. :p

thanks for the warm welcome! The white IS will be needing a bit of work over the winter so expect lots of questions, I know how to use a search bar but they don't always help haha.
