As for the questions...

euro non-smileys. still an m20...but this time an m20 did right. no more cracked blocks, blown head gaskets and broken pistons for me.

VDO Cockpit mechanical and electrical.

gauge plate originally was purchased from a guy on here who laser cut them...but it broke very quickly while i was installing due to "user" error. I then proceeded to make one out of clear lexan, a band saw, a hole saw, an cylinder hone, and black texture paint.
