My Diamantschwarz Metallic and M-Tech Blau

I bought this '91 318i last year. Unfortunately, the condition of the body and interior belied its low mileage (85k currently). So, with the help of a lot of folks, I fixed that.

    Most recent pics HERE.

    6/11 - M-tech II kit complete.

Edit, thanks for all the positive response. I don't want to sound like I'm accepting an academy award, but I need to thank e30 Motor Werks (Peerless) for sorting the mechanicals and electronics, M1 Autobody (Jesse30's old shop) for the body and paintwork, Tex Auto and Marine Upholstery (etexis' dad's shop) for the interior work, Joey (lifestyle101) for the M-tech II kit work. Also, among others, Edwin (Iron-E), Levent (ZM Blue Devil), Kevin (Tricked 323i), Tim (Vacman), and Doug (uberbanzer) for the all the advice. You love me, you really, really love me

Hell yeah, that interior looks really good. Did you recover everything yourself? Makes me really wish I had a 4 door.

Looks great do you have a pic of the rear seats back I want to see what you did for the armrest section. We talked at one time and I suggested light blue cloth, what did you decide on?

Having personally seen the car at Dockweiler, I can trully say that Robrez's car is very clean inside and out. The interior looks great and the paint along with all the cosmetic goodies looks 100% complete to me.

                        Enjoy

Thanks. The interior came out of a touring. I bought it as a complete set, but it took some sorting to get it right. I have a thread in the Project Forum that I'll update with the specifics.

Thanks Kevin, I never did the armrest because it was going to be too much trouble, plus I like the lighter, foam rear seat. I got super lucky when Kingb found me a matching set of rear headrests in Germany though. Oddly, realoem lists an anthracite rear armrest. So, theoretically I could order one.
