    New daily driver clone

So i picked up a new project about 6 weeks ago. 1990 325i 2 door 5 speed alpine on tan vinyl. 356k miles but super straight. posted on craigslist with a blown head gasket for $300. The car still ran and drove but was milkshaked and would overheat.
I then traded my old motorcycle for a very nice 88 325is in red that had been t-boned. The red car had tons of good parts, some other PNW folks might have seen it on craiglist too. 124k miles, IE3s, billy sports, IE sways, Bavauto headers, magnaflow cat, borla muffler, dinan chip, black sport interior, etc etc.
I put everything from the red car onto the white car and added the gold euroweaves off the 323i. now i have a good daily driver that matches my 89 which is undergoing an m30 swap.

    The $300 start.

    The donor red car.

    How she sits today.

Its got some clearcoat peeling on the left rear quarter, you can kinda see it in the last picture. and a touch of rust at the top of that taillight. the car drives great and is quite quick, i put in a small sub and cd player and stole the hids out of the other car while it sits.

The muffler on the car now is an ACS muffler by sebring. far from cheap. the borla didnt make it on this car. granted the exhaust is bent and not aligned yet.

Good work man. What is your total investment in it? The car in your signature looks good too.

that looks like a great dd. I think the muffler would look a little better if the tip was in the opening of the valence, I do like the tip a lot tho
