Your red E30 looked really cool, I'm curious to see how this Panda turns out.Leave a comment:

can we get a count of all the E30s R3V'd in the passed few months.
Sorry man, looks very similar to the damage done to my car. Main thing is you live to drive another day, and you already got another E30 in the stable.Leave a comment:

Operation project panda >_<
sad to say my love has come to a horrific end... :(
driving through a mountain road came to a right hand corner, found it to be quite dirty and slippery, needless to say it locked up and headed into the armco. was waiting on a new lever for my handbrake so it was pointless and couldn't correct the understeer with oversteer.
I've come to the agreement that these things just happen... anyway so this is where project panda starts.
I picked up a new 1989 alpine white e30 for next to nothing, engine and drivetrain are great! now i'll be swapping parts over from the red e30 to the panda.
it's around 9-10 thousand $ worth of damage to the red bmw so they deemed it a wright off as they can pick up a newer one for alot cheaper... they obiously don't take into account the kit :(
so the quicker i De-grandma spec the e30 the better :D
Plans are for this one, groundcontrol coilovers, i have some rims lined up, gold centres with polished lip mesh rims (17x8 front and 17x9 rear)
finishing it off with a tech II kit.
and that's all i'll be planning at this stage for the daily driver.
so here project panda begins...
UPDATE PICS ON PAGE 1, 3
Red e30 before (parts will be for sale off the red bmw so get requests in early)

After ;(

Panda the morning after i picked it up...
