Went for a ride last night to try out the new GC E36 for E30 suspension. Will be going lower once i get my new wheels and put on the skid plate. Not the best pics but whatever.
Paint is brilliant. Wheels are 18"s and its the pictures that make them look super big, and they are compared to most cars on here. Will take better pictures.
yes ice, snow and crappy cold weather i hate it just want to drive my car!

The wheels are just ugly that is all. I like the car though it's very nice.
Hows the traction in the snow? lol
Get some damn e38 weaves on there asap.

The wheels were free so cant complain.
What traction??
Ive tried putting low et wheels on but they stick way out and i think that looks pretty gay, unless its some sick bbs rs with huge dish or somthing of that sort. And i have to run 17"s and up because of the e36 m3 brakes up front!
Ah! 5 lug swap. Man, can't believe I missed that. Yeah, 17's and up for you.
I busted around in my ETA for a few snow seasons. Not the funnest thing when you're actually trying to get somewhere... sometimes you'd give your left nut for an IX.
your tires are too stretched for your high offset wheels. no need to stretch the tire if your wheel isnt low enough offset to call for one. at least thats my opinion on the subject.
car looks good though. more info on the m42 tarbo?!? :D

Yeah i used to winter drive this it was ok with good winter tires, smashed alot of oil pans though because they dont plow the roads here very well. So now i have winter beaters.

To many people have weaves on their cars, they do look good but i like to not be the same.
The new wheels im getting come with 255's and 235's so if they fit in the fenders i will rock those for sure! I know the wheels width fits for sure so i will just have to wait and see.
As for the turbo its a turbonetics t3/t04e ball bearing, Cp forged pistons 8.5:1cpr, mls gasket, arp studs, good&tight manifold, and Autronic standalone. Last year it made 232rwhp on 10psi, going for 300rwhp this year.
Manifold is from a member good&tight. Stock rods and crank m42 internals are forged from factory, so I just did pistons to lower compression. I tried just using a really thick mls but because of the rubber profile gasket it leaked like crazy.
Those wheels look weird on there man... big and heavy. I met a guy yesterday who had a turbo 318is m42, he said was running 12 psi on stock motor (just did a headgasket, and bigger injectors) and it lasted 70k miles on 12psi, eventually blew up at lime rock or something
