Are MTech II kits just laying around the streets outside the U.S.?

I wish haha , Na they arn't too hard to come by ,
In my case i picked up a whole 320i with the kit and swapped that over.. then got bored of trying to sell the car as a whole, so i chopped the roof off for a laugh, turned the block into a coffee table, and the recaro's into seats for in the shed.

Other features of the car:
s/s equal length headers and mid pipe.
bilstein sports struts
recaro seats (leather)
Manual conversion,
Modified airbox

Lots of other things but more maintanance side of things but upgraded.and personal touches
