how much do you think my vert is worth.. thinking of selling

    1988 alpine white vert 5speed 130,000-ish miles (220,000kms)

im thinking of selling my vert pretty soon here.. wanted to get some opinions from other vert owners to see how much it might be worth..
its in over all great shape, no rust, rips or to much wear in the seats.

-overhauled suspention( new shocks all around, control arms, tie rods and bushings.
    -new clutch kit.
    -brakes are new.
-winter and summer tires are brand new.
-new paint at very good shop
-timing belt and tesioner + water pump replaced not even 5000kms ago
-new soft top 3 years ago( very good condition, no leaks)
    -new windshield.

to much to list, just want a general inquiry on how much its worth.. im the second owner.

These threads are lame and pointless. Do some reasearch for yourself to determine the price you want and the price you think it is worth. For me $3k at most. Clean but nothing special.

do you have a vert?no gtfo with your pointless rambling;-) its not a pointless thread... verts go from anywhere between 1000-6000 depending on condition.. i was just wonder what "OTHER" vert owners would pay or see go for.

Ive seen these for for 1k-6k in the same condition...and sell. I personally wouldnt pay over 3k just because I know I can prolly wait get one alot cheap than that. (See sig). But then again, Roundel has my exact car with less miles selling for 8K. I depends on the market around you too. Around my parts, id sell it for 4.5k. Looks good though.

$4,500 is a good price with good top and good interior. The 5-speed is a plus for most of us.

That tire riding bitch makes me think otherwise. Perhaps $1800.

It looks clean I'D say 3-4k depending on the area, and if you have proof of maintanace. To alot of people these cars are worth more with upgrades like susp, wheels, etc. Others may think the car was abused because of the upgrades.

I agree 4 k, for clean paint and new top. Its clean, but it doesnt really have anything. Its otehrwise stock. Throw some plastics on tehre, and you might fetch more.

                            This...
That tire makes the entire car look neglected. Your cab is nothing special honestly...

OP you need to stop being angry, Philo gave you an opinion as You asked for one. Seriously why are we going to set the price then you paste the price here?

Not hard to do some simple searching. You are selling a Vert in the winter so prices are lower. I would wait till just before spring to sell when people want to get outside more.

Vert prices are all over the place, if I was to judge it. in photos and what you say has been done I would want 4.5K for it but realistically I would expect it to fetch no more than 3.7K.

Oh and I do own one presently and have owned two others.
