It has some redeeming qualities, but just looks a little "tacky" to me...

The diffuser is just a bit out of place on that car...

Hey guys thanks for all the great feedback.... I realy do love how this e30 came out:) Its not finished yet so stay tuned! BTW the side skirts do have a left and a right side but I decided the lower part of the skirts should go up front because they flow 10x better with the rear bumper that way... Thats just me though.

can you measure from the top of the flare to the bottom of the cut line? i want to see if these flares can cover up what i've cut away.

I agree that it looks much better the way you ended up doing them.

You know what, this car looks great. I love how track oriented it is and how functional everything is. However, I don't like the two-tone. The outside diameter of the tires is more than half and inch taller than an OEM sized tire. I think it would look MUCH better if you ran a 245/40 which is only .3" shorter than OEM and would look much better lowered and would most likely avoid clearance issues. I also hate black wheels.

Thanks for the feebback but did you know that there is no company that makes a 245/40/16? Trust me i checked and i only found toyo 245/35/16 which is way too small and the ones on my car. The rim and tire setup will look sick once slammed just wait fot the pixs:)

I see no sense of style in the result. i'm not liking any bit of this car, except for the front valence. It seems like you chopped up a nice four door for some silly flares and lame cf and lame two tone. If it's a dedicated track car then i understand but otherwise i would have dropped a m50 in, lowered it, and called it good. To each his own i guess.

                    yeah i'm harsh today

I personally really like the way it came out. I'm still not quite sure why everyone always gives Ary so much flak. He's building these cars to display the products that he is still producing for our 20+ year old flying bricks. So of course they are going to be outlandish and over the top. I appreciate the dedication and determination that you put into your projects!

well, sorry, but i hate it.

Perhaps you should defend yourself and say "This is a track car," then the flares, paint job, wheels, and massive wing make sense.

Overall, the projects i've seen you do are ricey, and I strongly object to any e30 styling even remotely resembling that. In my opinion, e30s don't need any help beyond OEM treatments or designs from Harge, ACS, Alpina, Racing Dynamics, etc...

yeah, i am very, very ornery today

looks like it'll be a great track car, the trunk fitment seems really off on the driver's side.
