help to identify these wheels

sorry if this is not the correct spot for this post but I want it seen so I know what kind of wheels these are. My brother got them from a friend and i looked and no make markings. I couldn't get a picture of the other side but i have one good one taken from my cell phone. Any help is appreciated.
