im all for bags, best of both worlds. good looks and driveablity. id say the rear needs to go lower. a few e30 guys around here raise the engine to get more clearance. id sugguest looking into it so you could lay the car out more

Why go to the trouble of installing air controlled suspension to have your car sit so low? Why not just have it sit higher? What's the appeal of a scraping car and 7 broken oil pans?
