Its not low enough yet to pull off those rims, but I am sure you will fix that.

its lower now.... i had just put the wheels on and didnt't have time to "modify" the fenders.... i pulled out the liners in the front and rolled the rear fenders yesterday, now it is about 1" lower in the front and .5" lower in the rear

front fender arches are 22.75 off the ground
and the rears are 22.5"

i still want to go lower though....
