Did it take two years to finish this project?

Yes, around 2 years, this was a long and tedious project and a lot of issues were addressed on this car plus it took a very long time to source some of the parts that were needed for the restoration, some of the stuff for the E24 is extremely hard to find and is NLA from the dealer.
