The lip used to be aluminum but scraped it too much that it was all jacked up so i remade a newone using some plastic garden separator if i have any time i'll make a lip extension to go with it.

Thats awesome man. I've always been trying to think of things I could make a lip out of. Very different.

How did you attach that to your car?

I use the stock mounting points from the real lip but on the sides and the middle i made some brackets out of some spare sheetmetal. Just drill holes in the lip that you make then make brakets and bend them until you can get the lip to sit flush. Thats what i did. The type of plastic i used is kinda soft so it wont break and if you use a heat gun you can mold it pretty easily but make sure it doesnt get too hot or you've got plastic all over yourself.

Is it stiff enough so that it wont bend while you are just driving down the highway or something?

yep it flexes enough so that it wont brake when you scrape it.

Yep its stiff enough to stay in place and when i scrape it wont break, it just bends but with a heat gun it goes back to normal.
