Right on! I'm sure I have an alternator but all of my cars that I'm parting are M20s. I'm not sure if the alternator would be the same on an M42 car or not....

I am generally not a fan of black wheels. That said, I will be mounting a set of black euroweaves on my dd e30 shortly, so try it out if you like.
