You asked for our opinions and we gave them. I don't like the mirrors either.
A boxy car with boxy mirrors looks right, a boxy car with rounded mirrors and nothing else doesn't look right. Most of those pics you posted are of comprehensively modified and in doing so they tie all the mods together as a package. I can appreciate the work put into some of those cars and while aggressive many look good on an individual basis.
Merely throwing different mirrors and some skirts on a car just doesn't tie things together enough to work. But that's my opinion.
You also have to realize that for some reason, in general this forum tends to favor the OEM+++ look, even amongst the many non-US members. So the reactions you recieved are far from shocking...Comment
