So my dad left me a little surprise today. He said he needed to take my car to work for some reason then I come back and go in my car and it smells like crap. I'm like wtf? Look under the hood and he cleaned the engine bay. Thanks dad!:D


The valve cover and the intake manifold need a little paint though

Today took a couple pictures and video's of the car. Car is a little dirty and needs an IS lip and paint.

I had a car just like it, the bumpers were faded too-like yours. It was good to me for the year or so I had it, i got an e36 though. Already missing the e30

thats a good price for that much paint. Do you know what kind of paint and he'll be using? If its anything good I would almost hold out for an entire respray as long as there isn't too much prep to be done on your part.

The guy is a good man, everyone I know is recommending him. He also sprayed my dads old e38.

I don't care what all the other kids think. They have daddy's leased lexus and I have my very own car that I paid for with my own hard work. So anyways today was a very boring day and I went to get a wheel alignment. On the way there the car stalled about 2 times out of nowhere. I just replaced the crank sensor but I'm guessing that there is too much voltage going to it which is making it burn out? Anywho $40 and now the car rides straigh as an arrow ;).
Drove it home and brought together all the parts I need to put on the car as of now. I need to pick up an IS lid spoiler and an IS front lower valence, unless someone has a reiger infinity lip they are willing to sell to me. Shoot me a pm.

I went and got a quote from a body shop and he told me for $600 He'll paint my lip, my side mirrors both rear 3/4 panels and my roof.

people at school might not be impressed but youll have the satisfaction that you will do more work to that car than most kids at school will ever do in their lifetime.
