    325es turbo project

    hows it going guys
    im new here kinda bought a 325es that im going to turbo
    my plans are
    325i head
    turbo-y-adaptor
    holset hx40
    miller performance injectors,chip,and MAf
    bigger fuel pump
    front mount intercooler
    and whatever else i need to turbo charge it
    so far all i did was take out the inerior to wash it and i blacked out the front grill
    also where can i get suspension parts

    here are some pics of the car
    aslo the 5star wheels i got from a friend thinking about painting them silver and doing a drop on the car
    aslo whats a good product to take of paint of wheels

    You can get coil-overs from ground-control, but basic suspension could be found on bmw2002.com (ireland engineering) , bmpdesign.com, and turnermotorsports.com .

      yeh i need suspension parts front end is knocking will overhaul the whole front end once engine is out
      also do i keep the stock lsd or do i uprage to a 3.73 or bigger????
      i am going to try to get 350rwhp is that hard to get on these engines????

        IMO 350whp and up, I'd stay with the 2.93Lsd, which I belive your car already has.. Like any engine thats properly built, 350whp is realistic. Even for an M20.. All ya need is money and time. Good Luck

            yeh i will probably put in new main bearing and rod bearings
            the head im getting is a 885 head im going to port and polish it
            head has 165k miles

            interior pics coming today after i get done installing it
            the driver seat is trash has to be redone and dash has cracks
            but i only paid 500 for it it used to be a dolphin metallic color some idiot decided to paint it black and did a half ass job

              my friend is helping me he has a 750hp r32 its freakin crazyy

                  You'll need to upgrade the clutch from the oem one.

                  What are you plans for the head gasket? You shouldn't have any trouble with a oem head gasket and arps but if you want it to be really solid you should o ring the block.

                  350whp is starting to push it on the stock pistons, just make sure you have a good tune. Maybe think about having a pump and race gas map.

                    i will get mls headgasket
                    new racing main bearing and rod bearings and
                    will do piston rings while taking everything out

                    i was thinkin about sachs stage 3 clutch
