i think it was blue, i think the sticker in the engine bay said metalliblau. ill check tomorrow and let you know. i never seen another e30 with the original color of mine. so its a shame the owner before me repainted it that color. and upon inspection turners out the front driver fender was replaced and front end is not stock :(Comment

Did the front conversion before July 4th, so it was a themed car for about a day lol
Thanks! unfortunately im not a big fan of the color. I want an OEM paint on the car and if its not obvious already its gonna go alpine white :) I know theres plenty out there already but i will try to make mine different promise ;)Comment

I guess I should update since I did some today, my cars been sitting in the driveway for the past few months waiting to get engine work done but I still havent really gotten all the info I need yet.
Decided to do a partial teardown of the interior because PO put a crappy ass carpert and it bugs the shiit out of me.
OEM color was, wish it still was too;
Here are some pics of how it looks as of this morning;
Havent done the proper rear pb conversion yet but i put it on anyways;
Interior shot, PO did install M3 seats front and rear which I like a lot!!
My driver seat is a different material than the passenger and rear. Anyone know what its called?
Driver Seat;
Passenger Oem;
Here are the seats out of the car side by side;
Here are some of a dirty m20b27
And finally removed the crappy carpet to reveal an even crappier tore up oem carpet lol;
And found some sketch wiring lol;
Thats all for today cars gonna stay like that for a lil while. Thanks for looking.Last edited by ohthejosh; 02-17-2012, 06:28 AM.Comment

Yea when I do the entire interior refresh Im sure I'll be finding some weird ass shit.
So far I found misc. wiring and a green rag stuff up in the HVAC console area. No clue what its there just a corner of it is sticking out.Comment

So after receiving my new coolant hoses from Blunttech I decided to tackle the mysterious coolant leak that caused my overheating a few months back.
After replacing the hoses the leak now comes from the water pump, specifically between the water pump and pulley.
Anyone know if I just need to tighten it or do i need to replace the water pump?Comment

For what it's worth- after looking at the jankety-ass nature of the interior- i vote replace the pump either way./______\_o_/______\
