    My e30 cherry popped

I've finally officially brought home my first e30! LOVE the car so far, drove it all day yesterday, just a few "minor" things to take care of

    Current mods on it
Jim Conforti chip, 1" drop on H&R springs and Bilstien sport shocks, shitty Z3 shifter. And here's the most important one, every service record from 1992 and its never been in the snow!

1: Remove the fake M badges from the grill, door sills, and pedals :hitler:
    2: Wash it tenderly
    3. Ditch the Z3 "short shifter" thats in the car and go back to a stock rebuilt shifter (already have, just not installed)
    4. WHEELS AND TIRES
    5. Ditch the momo wheel for an M-tech

    And of course, the twins!!

Very nice start, where did you get the cupholder? Or did the previous owner make it. Oh and nice bike too.

I was surprised to find it installed in the car when I picked it up, totally overlooked it until the day I drove it home. I'll ask him next time I see him at a meet

The Z3 short shifter is actually a prefered short shift/tighter shifting combo from what I understand. I have it on two of my vehicles.
        Need a part? PM me.

Yeah, I switched to the z3 shifter in my car. You might just have old bushings in there, or not like the trans in general. Anyways, it's not hard to swap out so just keep it around if you don't like stock.

          Very nice car!

Yea, sounds assbackwards to go back to the stock shifter when the z3 is a perfect upgrade. Check your bushings and linkage for wear.

1+ you will LOVE the z3 in it. You just need new bushings.

I think the Z3 shifter sucks. I prefer the long-throw stock shifter to the notchy Z3 shifter.

I'm not being sarcastic, either. I'm serious.

                            Couple of things.

Firstly the car was driven in the snow when I owned it (although it shows no signs of it ;).

Secondly the cup holders were done by bimmeradam_69 if he's still kicking around these parts.

Finally, glad the car landed in another enthusiasts hands :)
