    Painted things here, and there.

What do you guys think for a complete painting newb? I painted my bumper trim, grilles, kidneys, lip, and muffler. I feel like I should have hit the trim with another coat, but I ran out of paint. Please excuse the fact that I don't have pics of the car with the painted kidneys. I painted those before dinner, haven't had a chance to remove the tape or mount it. Most likely the trim is not permanent, as I kinda wanna do the euro look, and may do DIY euro trim this summer...but I've broken quite a few tabs. :???:

here is the car last weekend, before anything:

    today

here it is before painting the grilles, yesterday.

    haha.

also excuse the dirty state of the car, I washed it on Friday, but it's spring in California, and the pollen & shit is in full swing.:(

stay tuned, expect a drop very soon, better rims, volvo lip, more painting, fogs, yada yada.

SEM trim is excellent and pretty much universally recommended as far as I can tell.

Spray painting small flat black things flat black is pretty hard to mess up.

No offense, but you make too many threads about your stock car.

Stick to posting all of your changes in one thread. Just a heads up, you don't want to be 'that guy' on the forums.

Edit: Don't you already have a project thread going for this car? Why not throw this in there instead of starting a new thread?

How about we stop with the "quoting what the guy above said without anything of your own" shit? No one wants to read the same damn thing over and over again anymore than they want to see shitloads of pics of a stock car.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Bimmerista & constructor, I'll take note. Albeit you guys have been in the BMW scene for a while, I'm still new, young, and excited about the fact that I even own a bmw. I'm still learning, and I took note from danny's comments earlier. I wasn't posting this to brag or anything, simply to get feedback on the quality of my job, being my first time. Yes, I do have a project thread, however I thought this might get more traffic to opinion.
Thanks all, I just got a nice birthday present and that may be to some of your guys' liking!
