What kind of wheels are these?

Can someone help me identify these wheels? My first thought was that these are BBS Rs's without the center caps. But then as I was looking at the way the spokes were pointing i am now unsure if they are.

Does anyone know exactly what they are? Possible size and offset?

Ummm...not RS's.

They are 17" SSR Formula Mesh and stepped lips, that M3 is (.)(.)
