    FInally washed the 318is

The nice sunny day convinced me to finally get around to washing the 318. I just did a quick once over on it, so I would still have time to take some pix. I still got a bit of clean up to do for summer time. Let me know what you guys think.

It almost doesn't look real, blemish free. Clean car, kudos.

Well... in all reality the car really isnt at all blemish free, faded bumpers and mirrors, bad touchup paint from the previous owner, and a bit of swirls in the paint. But then again im rather picky. I think the secret is that I used a polarizer on my camera which made all the colors stand out more and made that blemish free look.

              Thanks for the complements.

EDIT: Grant the paint is the origional brilliantrot, but as above ^ I think the polarizer made it stand out. :) (I was really supprised also :P)

James - maybe some day. I want to see your car aswell.

Heh, you must be pretty picky. Cuz I'll show you what I call "faded" on my car. :D

For these shots, I used my nikon d70 with the 18-70mm kit lens with a circular polarizer. They were all taken in RAW, where I tweaked the white ballence and exposure in photoshop.
