Dude, eta engines are terrible. If they weren't terrible, people would keep them because of their not-terribleness. Instead however, people take them out, throw them away, and never speak of them again. Unless of course you mate the eta bottom end to the i/is top end or keep them until they can swap it out for some sort of newer engine and then throw the eta away and never speak of it again. Other wise, eta engines are terrible.

It shouldn't matter who I am. Everyone knows eta engines are slow, but I really couldn't care less. My engine is chipped, and has a few good mods that net more than enough power to have fun with. If someone wants to give me the money for an M30 or an S50, I'll gladly swap. But for now, I work with what I've got, and I'm plenty happy with it. But for some people, that's not enough.

I guess rattle-canning your car flat black and painting your wheels grabber green is a little more subtle than spray painting "LOOK AT ME" across your hood, but not by much. But, the people looking at it shouldn't worry about it anyway, considering they would be so far behind.

I have my own opinion just like every single other weird kid on this site. Opinion makes this forum go 'round and mine is that eta engines suck. Nothing more, nothing less. I could care less who has one or who loves there's but not many people have it in their car by choice.

The paint is faded stock Diamandschwarz. no rattlecan or whatnot. I will continue to spend my green on other things, like hookers and blow.
