E30 Newb! My first BMW ever...

Picked up this 1990 325is a couple of weeks ago. Started with an Eclipse, Intregra, 2 VWs and now the E30. Guy I got it from tracked it on the weekends, and I'm using it as a daily.

Here's what he had already done...
    Ground-Control Coilovers 500fr 650rr
    Ground Control Camber Plates
Ground Control Race rear shock Mounts
    Sparco strut brace
Custom valved short bodied Koni single adjustables in shortened strut tubes
    M3 Control Arm Bushings
Z3 steering rack w/ power steering
Z4 Short Shift w/ UUC carrier bushing
    M30 Air flow meter
    Conforti chip
    17.5lb fuel injectors
Mech. fan delete w/ low temp fan switch
    Stromung Stainless Steel catback
    Kosei K1 wheels
    Sparco steering wheel
    SS brake lines
    More.......

All new Timing belt, waterpump, belts, hoses, oil seal, valve adjust, and tune up. Painted valve cover. Intake sand blasted and resealed. LOTS of new parts. New tires. Every maintenance receipt since new. Even original window sticker.

So far I've fixed the hood to open properly, replace the damaged oil pan and a few interior switches. Doing the brakes and putting the strut brace back on this weekend. Future plans are black interior swap, exterior refresh (dents, dings and paint) and possibly turbo.

Thanks all. I normally don't buy modded cars, but this one looks to be done correctly (not ghetto-fab). Plus it's all stuff that I would have eventually done anyway. So far I have $4600 in the car (not including the new oil pan and tax/title). The new brake parts came with it.

I may look into a different suspension set-up. This one isn't as harsh of a ride as I've encountered before, but a little bouncy for a daily.

That's a sweet pickup, given all the work that's been done to it!
