Saw this car last week at a meet in KC. The hood in particular is awesome. Could you post a pic of the detail work on the hood? It's been undermentioned (if at all) in this thread.
Sweet man, the SMP meet I assume? Here is a pic of the hood a buddy grabbed.

Here is a snap someone grabbed at the last meet where us E30 guys from BMW club of KC showed up.
And thats part of the fun! Having a car like this and taking it to VIP parking at a 4-star $50+ a plate restaurant or the best clubs in town!
Hell, tomorrow night the is a private party at one of the midwest's biggest custom wheel shop. I have already arranged with the owner for VIP parking so I will have it lined up with cars like Bently's, Lambo's, Rolls Royce's...ect! Should be pretty great! lol

so do you think it would be hard to make kind of a basket using this rack? using like maybe inch wide strips of really thick material or something to weave a floor.
Should be pretty damn easy if your mechanically inclined and are a decent fab artist.

Lookin good man, cars coming a long ways. So is the rake a problem with any lowering springs? Might have to look into gc's if so.
Thanks bro! and ya, the H&R's are about the best but they will still do it a lil.

i think early arches look better, later arches tend to give the dreaded reverse rake look that everyone works to hard to get rid of.
I would still much rather tuck and poke the rear than have it so much higher than the front. But thats just me.

I know. The early model rear arches and no rear valance make it look a LOT more raked than it is! I need to swap out to coilovers to balance it out a bit in rear.
