The only thing it really needs is an alignment and fresh paint and it's golden (Thinking about a spoiler). But alas I still I have the modding itch.

Go for the whole kit if you do the wing, maybe without door pods if you aren't feeling that.

I wouldn't do MTII anything (those need bigger wheels in my opinion.

I'd do coils, fix the valence, back to black the trim pieces, black door pulls and map pockets.
