Haha yeh I was completely paranoid with the M42 pan...I was always like fuck if I ever hit something with that pan, the upper will go too :(

got those parts in... and finally got around to gettin mostly everything buckled back up! I still have to go grab oil/filter, 10 oil pan bolts, air intake boot/hose, tranny mounts, steering fluid and fresh gas ... then im heading right over to castros to have him do a couple tricks and get/install some polyurethane bushings.
