    Bonjour,

Just picked up two weeks ago this beater.. Great on gas, but no A/C is killing me!

The comfort seats had collapsed and were all torn up. I just picked up a set of Sport seats. I will be restoring the interior. Idk what to do about the engine (runs rough, but never ever quits). I could see this turn into a money sink real quick. :tsk:

Enough with the jibber jabber, here are the pics:

Ill post a thread for this project in the next couple of days..

Thanks for the replies. I am starting to feel the urge of spending.. An m50 swap would be a good start..

                No, it wouldn't.

A good start would be addressing all maintenance issues with the car, things that need to be fixed, changed and replaced. Then proper suspension tuning, brakes, and good tires and wheels. Get the car running properly and handling well, as well as knowing how to drive it before you start jumping on the "engine swap because it's rad" bandwagon.

All maintenance would be addressed if I did a swap. Why invest money into an already poorly running M10?

That will come, however, I really want to feel it with stock 318i suspension. Especially on dirt, that would be fun...

Getting ready for removal of m10. Found out motor was mixing oil and coolant.
